Commission terms

  1. Refunds are not accepted after the commission is complete.

  2. The commission will be added to a queue on Trello after a payment is confirmed.

  3. ADD stands for any additional complex component, character, object, etc.

  4. I may reject a commission if the material, request, theme or character are uncomfortable for me.

  5. Do not copy/trace/steal any of my drawings.

  6. Paypal only for USD payments, be sure if you can send the amount in usd.

  7. I cannot begin your commission without you paying first, to prevent scamming.

  8. Only the purchaser of my work may re-post the art they've received, and public re-posts are required to have my watermark/signature to avoid easy thievery.

  9. You may edit my finished work if you're the owner of the OC or the buyer, but only after informing me and recieving my consent.

  10. Commercial use has a +20% of the total value additional fee.

  11. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.

  12. Do not rush me, if you insists in rushing me i will give you a refund.

  13. Artwork cannot be claimed as your own.

  14. If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order first.

  15. Feel free to use your commission as Icon/header, but please give me the credits.

Termos de comissão

  1. Não há reembolso após finalizada a comissão.

  2. Após pagamento, o pedido irá para uma fila no Trello.

  3. Adicional é qualquer componente adicional complexo, como objetos, personagens, etc.

  4. Eu posso rejeitar uma encomenda em caso de desconforto quanto ao material, pedido, tema ou personagem em questão.

  5. Não copie/trace/roube minhas artes.

  6. Pagamento em BRL exclusivamente via Pix.

  7. Apenas começarei seu desenho após o pagamento, para evitar golpes.

  8. Apenas o cliente da minha arte pode repostar a mesma, devem conter a assinatura/marca d'água sempre.

  9. Não altere minha arte sem me informar e aguardar minha permissão antes.

  10. Comissão para uso comercial tem um aumento de 20% do preço.

  11. Quaisquer atrasos na finalização da comissão serão avisados.

  12. Não me apresse, meus trabalhos podem demorar semanas, se houver muita pressão sua arte será reembolsada.

  13. Não roube os créditos da comissão para si.

  14. Se não quer que eu poste sua arte, deve me avisar antes.

  15. Pode usar sua comissão como icone/header, mas lembre-se de por os créditos na bio.
